Bring Fairness to Foreclosure Cases
Carl is one of the leading foreclosure defense attorneys in the country. He has worked with homeowners in almost every state and is very familiar with the fraudulent practices that banks employ to strip away the rights of homeowners. As president, he will continue to work to ensure that the rights of homeowners and taxpayers are protected and that the resolutions make sense for all parties involved.

End the FED -
As president, Carl would abolish the Federal Reserve System. It is near-
Securities issued by the Federal Reserve should be gradually paid down and retired (with federally issued money or securities) over an extended period of time, to ensure that the transition can take place without further destruction of the U.S. economy. Carl anticipates that the newly issued U.S. currency and securities will be invested to a substantial extent in real estate, manufacturing and small businesses throughout the world.
In addition, the Federal Reserve needs to be audited, to reveal how the Federal Reserve and its privately owned banks have been doling out the U.S. economy to each other.
End Government Monopoly on Legal Gambling
The gambling industry takes in about $80 billion a year. What patrons of gambling establishments might not realize is that winnings by the gambling industry amount to taxes imposed on individual gamblers who reside in the U.S. This annual fleecing of $80 billion from the American public substantially reduces the effectiveness of the U.S. economy, as it is handed over by our elected politicians to the favored licensed few. Carl would deregulate gambling and allow any individual or business to own and operate gambling equipment and establishments, which would create competitive pricing for gambling products and services and substantially reduce the cost of gambling to the public, including the economic losses incurred during travel to gambling facilities.

Enforce the True Meaning of The Bill of Rights
Defending individual and states’ rights would be Carl’s highest priority as president. He would seek to repeal the Patriot Act or the most offensive provisions of the Act, end intrusive TSA screenings and unjustified airport delays, support the Second Amendment robustly, and rigorously enforce the Tenth Amendment, which states
The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people.
End Victimless Crimes, Stop Prosecutorial Abuse
As president, Carl would end prosecution of victimless crimes, such as marijuana use. He would end the War on Drugs, which has cost the U.S. a trillion dollars and led to the loss of hundreds of thousands of lives. Prosecutorial abuse remains a serious problem in our country. Carl would work to level the playing field so that the government no longer holds such an enormous advantage in criminal and other court proceedings to ensure that Americans rights aren’t ignored.
